When she joined Vistaprint in 2004, there were roughly 150 employees and revenue was less than $100 million. Now, with over 7,000 employees globally, over $1 billion in revenue, and over 17 million customers, Trynka prioritizes a company culture centered around the customer. She personally spends a lot of time with micro business owners in order to develop a deeper understanding of Vistaprint customers and shape the organization around their needs.
